To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience from managing projects and enjoy working innovative, solution oriented and in close collaboration with our clients. You are most likely specialised within either technical due diligence, owner’s engineering, project development, wind & site, construction management, structural engineering, turbine technology, electrical grids or similar. You will join our Energy department
As our new experienced consultant in Wind power, you will be part of a large global team with approximately 500 colleagues working with wind that will support you with competence and experience to manage the projects of our Swedish and international clients through construction and completion. Wind power in Sweden is still growing and Ramboll, as a leading wind consultancy, have a key role in this development with many exciting and interesting projects both ongoing and incoming. It’s important for you to get involved and influence and you will therefore be an important part of the team to drive our success. To your help you have 1800 colleagues in Sweden and 16 000 globally who are passionate about creating sustainable cities and societies.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Technical project management in close collaboration with colleagues both nationally and internationally
- Coordinate multidisciplinary wind power projects with energy consultants and experts within Ramboll
- Collaborate with your closest colleagues to understand and map the internal expertise in order to always offer the best skillset to our clients
- Identify potential projects within your expertise and widen your understanding for the clients’ needs
- Manage projects within your area of expertise and be a part in developing services related to it
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within wind power and related investigations, permissions and tenders
- Specialised within one or more stages in a wind projects life cycle, from screening to repowering
- Having a qualified ability for problem solving
- Good communication skills in English
Following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
- Academic degree within e.g., Construction/Electro/Geotechnical/Infrastructure/Meteorology/ Energy/Wind power
- Concrete Casting Class 1
- Construction Inspector certification
- HSEQ-certifications
- GWO-education for working at heights
