Brooke Dillon has 19 years of environmental consulting experience focused on merger and acquisition due diligence, environmental and dangerous goods transportation compliance and management systems, and sustainability management. She has managed or conducted several hundred environmental assessments and due diligence reviews regarding contamination, compliance, transportation and environmental, social and governance (ESG) liabilities that may be associated with either past or current target company operations in a variety of industrial and commercial sectors. Brooke also has extensive experience providing regulatory compliance and sustainability support, including regulatory tracking and analysis, auditing, reporting, permitting and training to a wide range of industrial and commercial clients. She has worked closely with industrial clients to provide pre-divestiture and post-closure multi-media environmental compliance and ESG support, as well as repeat assessments of systemic environmental and dangerous goods transportation compliance trends and gaps to ensure continual improvement. Brooke is a certified professional environmental auditor (CPEA) recognized by the Board of Environmental Auditing Certifications.
