Gordon Lee has more than 25 years’ experience in energy efficiency, carbon management and greenhouse gas (GHG) auditing. As a building services engineer, he specialises in energy, environmental strategy, engineering and low-energy building design. He has delivered projects to a wide range of private and public-sector clients on low-carbon design advice, energy and carbon efficiency audits and studies, electricity and gas contract tendering, building management systems, combined heat and power, energy and carbon policy and strategy, monitoring and targeting systems, water leakage control, and district heating system metering and balancing. He is experienced in the design, specification and project management of electrical systems, control systems and energy and low-carbon projects, including the integration of renewable energy systems into buildings. Gordon holds a BA in Natural Sciences – Chemistry and an HNC in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the Energy Institute and a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) assessor.
