With over 25 years of professional experience as an environmental, geotechnical and civil engineer, Nestor Soler has extensive experience in the planning, investigation, design and implementation of large-scale engineering projects related to site remediation, brownfield redevelopment, solid waste management, landfill gas control systems, sediment management, carbon emission management and renewable energy. His broad domestic and international experience has enabled him to forge partnerships with government agencies, private industries, construction companies and energy-project developers for the successful completion of numerous engineering projects. He has participated in research programs for sediment management at the Rutgers University Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation (CAIT). Nestor is currently serving on the industry advisory committee of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Rutgers University.
