Kai studied Structural Engineering in Germany and has specialised in Façade Design for over 16 years. His previous experience included working for innovative façade & steel contractors in Munich.
Kai gained knowledge and experience as a Structural Engineer & Project Manager whilst working on European and worldwide projects. He has been working in the UK since 2009 and prior to joining Ramboll was employed as a Façade Consultant and Engineer at a leading glass consultancy based in London.
With his exceptionally broad knowledge in design of all types of façades, material selection and specification, procurement, manufacturing processes, installations, maintenance and sustainability.
He is completing his outstanding excellence with any kind of site and production inspections and witnessing performance and side tests using advanced technology which is essential for refurbished projects.
Kai is the central member in our team for Technical Excellence and design innovation.
