Eddie Arslanian has over 20 years of professional experience in providing technical and management expertise in environmental consulting and engineering to help clients understand their environmental liabilities and evaluate their risks. His clients include law firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and commercial/industrial businesses. Eddie has designed, implemented and managed various phases of site characterizations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, indoor air testing, health risk assessments and fate and transport studies at contaminated sites under the oversight of various federal, state and local environmental regulatory agencies. He has also managed and performed environmental due diligence of aerospace, biotech, chemical, manufacturing and healthcare facilities, nurseries, and multi-tenant and light industrial business parks as part of corporate mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions throughout the US, as well as in Europe and Mexico. As part of the due diligence process, he has evaluated environmental liabilities for subsurface contamination issues and compliance issues regarding air, wastewater, waste, and health and safety. Eddie is a California-registered professional engineer in civil engineering, with an MS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California-Los Angeles, a BS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California-Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
