Graham Harker has over 15 years’ experience in industrial environmental regulation and air quality. He has managed complex environmental permit applications for a wide range of industrial installations covering power plant, energy from waste, underground gas storage, pharmaceutical and food and drink installations.He has undertaken and led many ambient air quality assessments, either as stand-alone studies to support planning applications, or as part of environmental statements or environmental permit applications.These have included the assessment of the impacts of transport related emissions (road, rail and air) as well as assessing odour and dust impacts and the impacts of stack emissions. He has provided expert witness evidence at planning inquiries and in support of development consent orders. Graham holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London, is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Air Quality Management and the Institution of Environmental Sciences.
