Christiana Oexlehas more than 15 years of environmental consultancy experience, with particular expertise in environmental Merger and Acquisition (M&A) assessments, environmental auditing (Phase I environmental site assessments, compliance and corporate audits) and global environmental management systems (EMS) management. She has extensive experience in Phase II site investigations and site risk assessments, has acted as an environmental assessor, advisor and mediator for M&A international transactions, and has directed due diligence and environmental liability assessment projects for numerous industrial sectors including chemical and automotive supplier sites, foundries, food and beverage plants and energy-production facilities. She has also directed liability projects for legal firms, private equity firms, investment and financing banks and real estate companies. She has conducted assignments throughout Europe, the United States, Egypt and China. Christiana holds an MSc in Hydrogeology and a BS (Hons) in Geology.
