Kaisa Merilahti works as a project manager and tourism specialist at Ramboll Finland. Her key competence is sustainable tourism development and her role is to bring up the perspectives and needs of tourism sector to multisectoral development projects.
Merilahti has previously worked in higher education sector, where her role included both local and international tourism development projects, specialised in capacity building and operational environment in the field of tourism. Merilahti's degree in Environmental Economics gives a wide understanding to approach the sustainable development issues.
