Giuseppe has 10 years of environmental consultancy experience with particular expertise in environmental merger and acquisitions (M&A) assessments, environmental auditing (Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA), compliance and corporate audits), solid and hazardous waste management, asbestos management and occupational safety. He also has extensive experience in environmental, health and safety compliance and management systems and associated data verification audits. He has acted as environmental assessor for M&A international transactions and managed due diligence and environmental liability assessment projects for numerous industrial sectors including automotive, pharmaceutical, steel and glass, food and beverage, energy production, printing, ceramics, breweries and waste, and for a variety of sectors including legal firms, private equity, investment and financing institutions and real estate companies. He experience working in Italy and abroad for clients including Emerson, Alcan Packaging, Eco-Bat, l’Oreal, Magna Automotive, Ralcorp Group, GE Real Estate, Consilium SGR, Torre SGR and Apollo. Giuseppe has also gained significant experience undertaking environmental insurance assessments across Italy on behalf of insurance clients. Giuseppe holds an MA in Environmental Law from the State University of Milan, Italy and an MSc in Political Economy from the University of Bari, Italy.
