Cheng Chi Ming (Tony) has over 15 years of experience conducting environmental impact assessments (EIAs) under the Hong Kong EIA Ordinance process for environmental permitting, and preparing EIAs for planning applications. He has completed over 80 environmental studies for major developers and government representatives in Hong Kong, and has designed and implemented environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A) programs and prepared EM&A reports for various infrastructure construction projects. Tony has extensive experience in EIA for ecology and sediment, air quality and ventilation, noise and sewer and drainage.
