Michael Wieczorek has more than 12 years of environmental consulting experience focused on air quality consulting services. He has served clients in a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors, including petrochemical, resin and specialty chemical production, pharmaceutical production, printing and coating, printing ink manufacture, commercial baking, glass manufacture and oil and gas processing and transmission. His experience includes preparation of construction and operating permits (including Prevention of Significant Deterioration, non-attainment New Source Review, Title V and synthetic and true minor permitting projects). He also routinely provides clients with regulatory compliance assistance (with regulations including NSPS, MACT, NESHAPs and various state rules). He has prepared compliance reports, including air emission inventories, periodic monitoring reports, permit deviation reports and reports under the Environmental Planning Community Right-to-Know Act (including Tier II chemical inventory reports and Toxic Release Inventory reports). He has conducted compliance auditing at a number of facilities, and has assisted clients in resolving air quality enforcement actions brought by regulatory agencies.
