Victoria Sedwick has over 28 years’ experience in manufacturing and consulting. Her areas of expertise include Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence, Corporate Responsibility, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management and auditing, contaminated site assessment and chemical and dangerous goods management. Recent consulting experience includes work in the industries of aerospace and airline, energy, petroleum refining, power generation and distribution, defence, chemical manufacturing, mining, metals and minerals processing, explosives, waste management, timber, tourism, construction and building products, food and beverages and packaging. She has managed due diligence audits of EHS in many multinational and high-profile acquisitions and divestments. She provides strategic advice on several large contaminated sites projects, and is certified as a lead environmental auditor on the RABQSA register. Victoria holds a BSc in chemistry from the University of Technology in Sydney, and an MEngSc from the University of New South Wales.
