We are looking for E-learning Specialist to join our Ramboll India team.

The E-learning Specialist will play a key role in the design and development of engaging e-learning content, working with the E-learning Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. In this role, you’ll work with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to develop visually engaging and instructionally sound learning materials. This position requires both strong e-learning development skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Development: Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) in line with instructional design best practices.
• Content Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to distill complex information into user-friendly, effective learning content.
• Multimedia Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate visuals, animations, audio, and video that enhance the learning experience.
• Instructional Design:  Create engaging, learner-centered training materials using innovative instructional strategies and e-learning technologies
• Storyboard: Visually map out engaging narratives for e-learning, animation, or video production
• Project Collaboration: Partner closely with the E-learning Project Manager, graphic designers and back-end LMS team to align on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on e-learning courses to ensure consistency, functionality, and accessibility across devices.
• Client Communication: Work alongside the E-learning Project Manager as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and incorporating feedback.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), LMS administration, and familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Project Management Collaboration: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to manage tasks and collaborate with a project manager.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present technical content clearly and effectively.

• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to produce visually appealing, interactive, and accurate learning experiences.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams, especially with project managers and graphic designers, to deliver cohesive, high-quality content.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and feedback while maintaining quality standards.
