Have you successfully built and run digital products? Are you an ambitious product leader with a heart for sustainable change? Are you hands-on and want to drive digital transformation in an engineering and consultancy firm? Then you could be our new Product Owner! 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • You will lead an agile product team with end-to-end accountability to the success of your product 
  • You will establish an agile product mindset in a project-based company 
  • You will help Ramboll to be the Partner for Sustainable Change by tech-enabling our experts world-wide with digital products leveraging AI and our wealth of data

  • You are a natural product leader and can manage the full life cycle of a digital product

  • You help shape and continuously improve the agile ways of working of our digital product organisation 
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations 
  • You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you 
  • You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office

Ramboll Tech accelerates innovation and digital transformation for the entire Ramboll group and directs all AI-related initiatives within the company. This includes collaborating with markets at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
