In 2023, we launched our inaugural Asia Pacific mentorship programme to help guide our next generation of bright minds.
The success of the programme has enabled us to continue to inspire our employees' personal and professional development. It focused on creating a learning culture and increased knowledge transfer where mentees could gain fresh perspectives.

In October, Season Two of the programme was launched, and has become even stronger, pairing 26 mentors with 29 mentees across seven countries in the Asia Pacific.
“Participating in the mentorship program was an enriching experience for newcomers to Ramboll and people who want to develop their careers. It offered a nurturing environment to learn, grow, and foster valuable connections, enabling individuals to confidently navigate their professional journeys.”
The six-month programme also included fireside chats with Ramboll’s senior global leaders where they share stories about their career progression. This collaborative programme has fostered bonds throughout the APAC region and beyond the structure of the programme itself.
