Working hand in hand with renowned architectural firm UN Studio, Ramboll helped create a structural system that realised the fluid sculptural aesthetic of this 36-storey residential high-rise.​

Through parametric design, we devised an intricate solution that freed the building perimeter of structure, relying instead cantilevered floors and inter-locking façades to transmit building loads down to the ground via core and freestanding pilotis. ​

The end result is a sleek and refined architecture with a light footprint – devoid of shear walls and forest of columns – that opens the ground plane to generous landscaping and communal functions.
