Sarah is adept at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with regulatory representatives and effective and efficient management of projects for her clients.She combines her skills with those of other experts to provide successful project outcomes.Her experience includes the design and implementation of cost-effective soil and groundwater investigations; chemical fate and transport modelling in subsurface and surface media; evaluation of remedial alternatives, design and implementation of risk-based remedial strategies; installation, operation and optimization of remediation systems; and formulation of environmental liability and remedial cost estimates under a variety of federal and state regulatory frameworks. Sarah has evaluated, negotiated and implemented corrective actions under numerous regulatory frameworks. Sarah also provides due diligence support including the oversite of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, with specific expertise in evaluating liabilities associated with contaminated sites and preparing remedial cost estimates within the context of transactions.
