Suppliers
Our supply chain is a critical enabler to our success in creating solutions for sustainable change and in delivery on client projects.
Ramboll is committed to conducting business responsibly, decently, and transparently. As a signatory to the UN Global Compact, our ethical standards are non-negotiable; we actively promote collaboration with suppliers equally dedicated to these values.
Becoming a Ramboll supplier
Ramboll is a values-based, purpose driven company that strives to deliver sustainable impact for our stakeholders: clients, people, society, and the business itself.
We not only seek but prioritise collaborating with suppliers who resonate with our principles, fostering relationships that enhance sustainable practices, and deliver innovation and superior quality. We expect our suppliers to excel in sustainability, technology, and innovation, and agree upon and surpass our standards on safety, delivery, and cost.
Our procurement practices are designed to be inclusive and empowering, ensuring mutual respect in our interactions.
We assess our suppliers’ environmental commitments, including the establishment of science-based climate targets. Our goal is ambitious: Ramboll Group has committed that 70% of its suppliers by emissions covering purchased goods and services will have science-based targets by 2028. Our commitment has been validated by the Science-Based Targets initiative.
We require all suppliers to sign our business associate code. This code encapsulates the ethics of Ramboll, firmly anchored in the principles of the UN Global Compact. This foundation safeguards compliance with the highest environmental and ethical standards.
We use SupplHi as our digital platform for handling supplier information.
If you are a new supplier, you will be onboarded via SupplHi. During the onboarding process, you will encounter evaluations customised to the unique offerings of your services and the geographical risks pertinent to your operations.
Please be informed that completion of the onboarding process is a precursor to forming a contractual relationship - it does not guarantee procurement.
SupplHi not only facilitates your engagement with Ramboll, but also allows for your company's visibility among a broader network of firms that utilise the SupplHi platform. By registering, suppliers submit a standardised qualification questionnaire accessible not only to Ramboll, but to all participating firms.
