Bettina Kamuk

With a background in chemical engineering and more than 25 years of experience, Bettina Kamuk has been responsible for several Waste-to-Energy facilities in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. She has also acquired an impressive portfolio of WTE projects. She is an expert in innovative Waste-to-Energy solutions, as well as technology assessments and environmental approvals. Bettina has been Chair of the International Solid Waste Association’s (ISWA) Scientific and Technical Committee and chair of ISWA’s Working Group on Energy Recovery, and she has been a board member of ISWA. Currently, she has the role as Technical Advisor for the Integrated Waste Management Facility in Singapore which includes high energy efficient Waste-to-Energy lines, sewage sludge incineration lines, sorting of dry recyclables and treatment of food waste.
