Managing Principal Eddie Arslanian is an alumnus of the leadership network, and Principal Ellen Donovan has been selected to participate in its second cohort. These year-long cohorts include participation at ULI forums – including the fall meeting – and foster creative collaboration within the fields of public health, planning and design, and development.
“The regular contact and focused interactions via project work develop individual relationships with potential partners in this space, and gain perspective on how they approach the issue of making cities healthier,” says Ellen.
Additionally at the meeting, Eddie, along with Market Director Mette Søs Lassesen, will take part in the panel The Creative Placemaking Dividend: How Art and Culture Enhance the Bottom Line and Promote Healthy, Equitable, Thriving Places. Panelists will discuss the merits of incorporating art and culture in development projects, and outline strategies to create places that contribute to healthier people and communities, as well as enhance and preserve value .
Mette, Eddie and Ellen will also participate in the Building Healthy Places Initiative workshop.
