The International Association of Impact Assessment conference (IAIA) is the premier impact assessment conference of its kind. Held 29 April–2 May with the theme Evolution or Revolution: Where next for impact assessment?, the conference is expected to attract over 1,000 impact assessment professionals from more than 80 nations. Our participation will give us an opportunity to demonstrate thought leadership, share and learn best practices and network with industry experts, clients and peers from all over the world.

“This year, because of the launch of our global Impact Assessment Spearhead, it’s more important than ever to have a significant presence at the conference,” says Mikkel Benthien Kristensen, Ramboll’s Global Division Director for Impact Assessment. “I’m excited that we’ve had so many papers accepted by the IAIA committee this year – it demonstrates that we have a strong impact assessment team of skilled, engaged and recognized experts.”

IAIA19 is the association’s 39th annual conference and it will be composed of plenaries with well-known keynote speakers, nearly 100 concurrent sessions, and a wide range of networking opportunities.
