Ramboll recruits Fairtrade CEO to advance sustainability consulting in Norway

Yet another profile puts Ramboll Management Consulting on the CV as the company rises to one of the leading sustainability advisors in the Nordics. Annabelle Lefébure-Henriksen has now joined Ramboll to help clients in Norway and beyond accelerate and refine their work with sustainability.

In recent years, she led the work of NGO, Fairtrade Norway, and prior experiences include a long tenure as CSR manager and Head of Sustainability at fashion company Varner A/S.

Drawn by the mission

Annabelle Lefébure-Henriksen says:

- Having worked in the field of responsible business conduct for over 15 years, I was especially drawn to Ramboll’s mission. The new sustainability service leader will work closely with the local team and colleagues in Denmark and Sweden. Anne Mette Christiansen oversees the work in Norway and Sweden and is excited to add a genuine capacity to the team:

Adding competencies to a growing group of experts

Earlier this year, the local team launched the report Sustainability in Practice that – among other things – concludes that more work needs to go into building sustainability competencies in the Norwegian companies. So as many other companies, Ramboll too is adding skills and knowledge. In this case, Annabelle Lefébure-Henriksen.

In addition to its Nordic offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsinki, Aarhus, and Copenhagen, Ramboll’s Strategic Sustainability Consulting practice also operates from 10 offices in Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the US.
