Two new Directors in Ramboll Water

Marion Engesvold new Country Market Director for Water in Norway

As new Country Market Director for Water in Norway Marion Engesvold is responsible for further growing Ramboll’s team, client base and service portfolio within the three main service lines water & wastewater treatment, water infrastructure and climate adaptation, and water resources management. Marion joined Ramboll in 2008 and has predominantly worked in the water since then, although she leaves a position as Division Unit Director for the Ground Engineering team in Ramboll’s Transport division. Marion has already started in her new role where she succeeded Turid P. Ødegaard who has decided to step down from this position but to stay with Ramboll and focus on business development.

Marlene Ullum new Global Division Director for Water Resources Management

As new Global Division Director Marlene Ullum will be responsible for growing Ramboll’s team, client base and service portfolio within water resources management and sustainable water supply in the Nordics and the US. Marlene joined Ramboll in 2013 as a skilled hydrogeologist and has been Head of Department for the Water Resources Management team in Copenhagen since 2019. She will start in her new position on the 1st of April, and she is taking over from Søren Hvilshøj who decided to leave Ramboll last year. “It is a true pleasure to welcome Marion and Marlene to our great group of directors in Ramboll Water. Besides being experienced leaders and skilled water professionals they are both good people managers which is important because we want to continue our organic growth journey in the years to come,” says Esther Bosman, Managing Director, Ramboll Water. Ramboll has just announced the annual financial results for 2022 where Water achieved a double-digit organic growth.
