Ramboll ranked in the top 10 international design firms

According to Engineering News-Record’s newly released annual listing, Ramboll now ranks in the top 10 of International Design Firms, as well as in the top 10 in the US region.

Every year, the leading construction industry publication Engineering News-Record (ENR) releases rankings of the world’s largest contractors and design firms.

This year, Ramboll has secured the 10th place in the Top 225 International Design Firms ranking – an improvement from the ranking of 12th place in 2019.

ENR’s Top 225 International Design Firms list ranks the largest design firms – both publicly and privately held – based on design-specific export revenue, generated from projects outside each firm’s respective home country. In Ramboll’s case, this excludes revenue generated from projects in Denmark.

In the last couple of years, Ramboll has continually improved its ranking, from a 16th place in 2018 to the current ranking in the top ten. This steady advance reflects a strong performance in Ramboll’s markets and aligns with our company strategy to grow internationally.

Additionally, Ramboll secured a high position in the listing of the world’s Top 200 Environmental Firms, ranking 23rd on the list. This ranking is based on the percentage of 2019 gross revenue reported from environmental services.

“Our continued strong performance in the ENR rankings show the power of our integrated geographically diverse and multidisciplinary platform,” says E&H Managing Director, Jesper Dalsgaard.
