This Privacy Notice sets forth how Ramboll Group A/S with its registered address at Hannemanns Allé 53, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark and CVR no. 10160669 (hereinafter “Ramboll”) will use the information Ramboll obtain when you apply for a position through the career site. If you do not consent to the terms of this Privacy Notice, please do not submit information to us.
Ramboll will collect and process the following personal data:
- Contact information, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Data you submit in résumés, CVs, letters and/or other written materials, including education and other certifications
- Data generated by interviewers and recruiters, based on their interactions with you or basic Internet searches
- Data provided by third-party placement firms, assessment providers, or job-search websites, where applicable
- Personality tests (if such are conducted by Ramboll or on behalf of Ramboll)
- Other information as required under local law.
Ramboll may also anonymize your data and use the anonymized data for statistical purposes.
All data will be treated as confidential and will be used for identifying candidates to fill vacancies or assignments within Ramboll. Please note that if you have submitted information to apply for a specific position, Ramboll will keep your information for 18 months and may contact you if Ramboll assess that your profile will be fit for another vacant position.
Upon registration, you will receive an email with your username and password. With this you can get access to edit or delete the data registered.
If you have not updated your Curriculum Vitae within 18 months we will send you a reminder. If you chose not to update your Curriculum Vitae, it will be deleted from our database.
Your personal data will be stored by Workday, Inc in Dublin and may be accessed by Ramboll group entities worldwide. Assessment centers, such as providers of personality tests, may have access to information about your name, e-mail and test result. Your personal data may also be accessed by service providers that perform services on behalf of Ramboll, for example: providers of information technology and/or data hosting services.
Please be informed that the level of data protection as currently applied and enforced in countries outside the European Union does not conform to the level of data protection for personal data currently applied and enforced within the European Union.
You can obtain further information on the personal data Ramboll stores and processes about you by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Further, you may object to your personal data being processed or withdraw your consent to such processing at any time. Further, if you have any complaints to Ramboll’s processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.Ramboll will be processing your personal data based on your consent which you will provide when accepting this Privacy Notice.
