Your responsibilities as Global HR Legal Consultant
As our new Global HR Legal Consultant, you will be part of the Global HR Legal team that provides HR Legal advice to HR colleagues and the business, monitors HR Legal compliance in a global context and provides best practice guides and policies to the organisation. As Global HR Legal Consultant, you will be reporting to the Head of Global HR Legal, Kristine Friis Nolsø, and will be working in a global setting with colleagues and stakeholders across the global Ramboll organisation. You can expect an inclusive work environment that permits you to work with a high degree of independence as well as a diverse portfolio of HR Legal tasks and a lot of stakeholder engagement in a dynamic organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing HR Legal advice to HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business
- Engaging with the business to monitor and facilitate HR Legal compliance
- Contributing with HR legal expertise in global and local HR projects
- Drafting employment contractual documents
- Supporting our HR Data Privacy Manager with global HR data privacy compliance tasks
About you

- You have a degree in law or business law
- You have three years of relevant experience working with employment law
- You enjoy acting as trusted advisor and interacting with stakeholders
- You can work proactively and independently
- You have great English communications skills, both verbally and written
