Bliv en del af HSE-teamet som vores nye Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator B, hvor vi sammen arbejder for at skabe en bæredygtig fremtid.Din nye rolleAMK-BDit fokus vil i rollen som arbejdsmiljøkoordinator-B være på, at alle på byggepladsen hver dag arbejder sikkert og i overensstemmelse med lovkrav, bygherrekrav og branche standarder for ”best practice”. Du vil arbejde i tæt samarbejde med bygge(plads) ledelsen som både kan være fra Rambøll, bygherre eller en anden rådgiver. I rollen som AKM-B er følgende punkter bl.a. en del af opgaven:<ul><li>At føre tilsyn og følge op på arbejdsmiljø-, sikkerheds- og sundheds-aktiviteter på pladsen</li><li>At kunne kommunikere vores kunders arbejdsmiljøstrategier og politikker ved større pladser</li><li>At kunne planlægge og gennemføre sikkerhedsmøder, udarbejde referater samt opfølgning på disse</li><li>At følge op og være synlig ude på byggepladsen bl.a. gennem mønsterpladsrunderinger og opfølgning</li><li>At sikre at arbejdstilladelser er udstedt for igangsatte arbejder</li><li>At være en del af sikkerheds kampagner på pladsen</li><li>At opdatere plan for sikkerhed og sundhed samt eventuelt arbejdsmiljøjournal for det færdige projekt</li><li>At udføre sikkerhedsintroduktioner for nye medarbejdere på pladsen</li><li>Sikre at der udføres Sikker Job Analyser for kritiske arbejder</li><li>At deltage i diverse toolbox møder</li><li>At gennemgå og vurdere entreprenørernes/leverandørernes APV’er, risikovurderinger og arbejdsmetoder samt nødvendig trænings- og uddannelsesdokumentation</li><li>At der laves opfølgning på observationer, nærved hændelser samt arbejdsulykker med tilhørende rapportering.</li><li>At følge op på relevant dokumentation omkring HSE samt være sparringspartner for projektteam og site teams.</li></ul>Langt de fleste af vores opgaver ligger indenfor Energisektoren, hvor interaktionen mellem byggeri, el og maskinanlæg er et væsentligt element i projekterne. Opgaverne strækker sig fra mindre byggepladser, hvor du alene varetager rollen - til store pladser, hvor der er et team af sikkerhedsfolk til at følge op løbende og hvor Rambøll ligeledes varetager opgaverne med byggeledere og tilsyn.Vi har flere store kunder Hofor, Ørsted, Energinet, Novo samt mange mindre, så afhængigt af opgavernes karakter samt geografien for opgaverne, vil opgaverne være forskellige.&#xa0;Dit nye teamSom vores nye Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator bliver du en del af HSE-teamet, der er en del Civil, Site & QHSE Management afdelingen, denne varetager arbejdsmiljø- og sikkerhedstilsyn på projekterne i Energy Divisionen hos Rambøll.&#xa0;HSE-teamet består af 7 personer, der alle har solid erfaring indenfor arbejdsmiljø og sikkerhed i projekter bl.a. indenfor Kraftværker, Højspændingsanlæg, Power to X & Carbon capture anlæg samt Gas-Infrastruktur og industrianlæg. Teamet har nu travlt med større anlægsprojekter rundt i Danmark. For at kunne varetage et stigende antal opgaver er der behov for at udvide teamet. Opgavernes varighed afhænger af projektet, men kan variere fra nogle måneder til flere år.&#xa0;HSE-medarbejderne er alle stærkt fagligt funderet indenfor arbejdsmiljøkoordinering. Vi er fordelt på forskellige lokationer i Danmark, men har et tæt samarbejde på tværs. I teamet afstemmer vi viden, udveksler erfaringer og drøfter nye tiltag. &#xa0;Vi deltager i forskellige møder og sociale aktiviteter. Vores afdeling kendetegnes ved et godt kollegialt miljø og høj faglighed, hvor vi stræber efter at sikre at kunden er i fokus, at sikre udvikling af nye produkter og en kontinuerlig opdatering på den nyeste viden. Vi tager på studietur hvert andet år og derudover arrangeres forskellige faglige events i løbet af året. Vi har identificeret følgende kvalifikationer og færdigheder, som vil bidrage til at gøre dig til en succes i rollen:<ul><li>Uddannelse som maskinmester eller ingeniør, anden uddannelse kan også være relevant</li><li>Du er uddannet arbejdsmiljøkoordinator</li><li>Har erfaring med arbejdsmiljøkoordinering i udførelse</li><li>Har praktisk erfaring med arbejdsmiljø på byggepladser eller i industrianlæg</li><li>God i skriftlig kommunikation, da der skal laves nogen rapportering</li><li>Sprogkundskaber i dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt</li><li>Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring som udpeget arbejdsmiljø koordinator fra større infrastruktur projekter; gasledninger, offshore/onshore, kraftværker, maskinanlæg eller lign.&#xa0;</li></ul>For at lykkes i jobbet er det også vigtigt, at du kan sætte dig i kundens sted, og at du kan prioritere, når opgaver fra mange kanter trænger sig på. Du skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt, men der vil naturligvis være god mulighed for at sparre med erfarne kollegaer. Som person er det vigtigt du er kvalitetsbevidst, engageret, struktureret og vedholdende i dagligdagen og samtidigt praktisk orienteret omkring løsninger og til stadighed kan skabe gode forhold på pladsen.
